A Pitch for Wealth Redistribution
RPM founder, Dave has donated several prints to the Earth First! 1st Annual Online Art Auction. There's a whole bunch of beautiful and inspired political art up for auction there and you should check it out and bid things up and up. Below is one of the prints donated from the RPM Cheap Art Emporium. It's a big print - 18"x24" - hand printed on paper with latex house paint, and then painted in watercolor. Only 13 of them have ever been made! RPM fully supports the invaluable work of the Earth First! Journal and hopes that you will, too. Check it out here: http://earthfirstjournal.org/auction/

RPM makes it Hardbound!
Exciting news! David Bailey, founder of RPM, has one of his woodcut prints published in Sandor Katz's newest book, The Art Of Fermentation, published by Chelsea Green. It's a beautifully made hardcover book, crammed full of information about food culture, cultured food, the culture of food acculturation... historically, presently, and futuristically. Michael Pollan, acclaimed author of Omnivore's Dilemma among others, wrote the Foreward.
David met Sandor over a decade ago at a conference in Carboro, North Carolina. RPM was performing a puppet show about composting human feces and the system that represses human waste; Sandor was teaching folks how to make sauerkraut and harness the power of unfettered culture. At that point future collaboration became all but inevitable.
